Worked examples for Section 3 (Commission Structure) of the XInfer.AI Authorized Reseller Agreement. They illustrate how commission is calculated at current plan prices; they are not part of the Agreement, and the Agreement governs if anything here differs from it. Projections are illustrations, not guarantees.

1.4 Per-Number Commission — Phone Number Add-On ($30/month)
When the add-on is active from the customer's first month:

Customer pays $360 over 12 months for the number. Reseller earns $34.50. If the add-on starts in a later month, only the remaining months of the customer's 12-month term are commissioned, at that month's rate (for example, an add-on started in month 4 earns $1.50 per month for months 4-12, $13.50 in total).
2. Projected Reseller Revenue
Assumptions: customers join at the start of months 1, 2 and 3 (split as evenly as possible), none join afterwards, and all stay subscribed for at least 12 months. Plan mix: 30% Starter, 50% Professional, 20% Premium, a blended average of $94.00 per customer per month. Plan fees only: phone number add-ons would add to these figures (Section 1.4 below), and prepaid overage credit and overage charges never do (Agreement Section 3.5). These are illustrations, not guarantees.
