  • Fees and Refunds: Fees associated with services provided by the XInfer.AI platform will be charged or refunded through your credit card on file.
  • Earnings and Commissions: A separate account payable handles earnings and commissions; payouts are made through a separate method on file. Depending on the method you have on file, the payout process may take one to a few days.

  • 7-Day Trial: All our plans come with a 7-day trial period. This trial offers full access to the platform, allowing you to explore our features and capabilities. Please note that while the trial is fully refundable, it does not include refunds for Inference API calls. The maximum refundable amount for Inference spending is proportional to the plan price.
  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our services within seven days of starting your subscription, we offer a full refund. We believe in the quality of our services and want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

User Accounts and Responsibilities
  • Creating an Account: To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account with XINFER.AI. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration forms. You also agree to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
