Overage Rates
Paid plans continue serving customers when limits are exceeded. Extra usage is billed against your prepaid overage credit.

Chunk/product overage is prorated daily. Query, voice, and AudioSpotlight overage is per-use. Free plan has hard limits — service pauses when reached.
Phone service: $30/month for AI Phone Agent and AI SMS Agent. Phone numbers activate after carrier verification — typically 1–3 business days; SMS can take longer due to 10DLC registration, and additional business information including EIN# may be required.

FAQ
What is AudioSpotlight? — AudioSpotlight generates short, podcast-style audio for your products using two AI voices — a host who asks questions and a guest who answers. Each product gets a ~2 minute audio segment covering what it is, key features, pricing, and available options. Text scripts are pre-generated; audio is produced on-demand when a visitor first clicks play.
Is the business intro AudioSpotlight free? — Yes. Every plan includes one complimentary business intro AudioSpotlight that describes your business, personality, and what you offer. It is generated automatically and is never counted against your product AudioSpotlight quota. The per-plan limits (5 / 10 / 30 / 90) apply only to product AudioSpotlights.
Why don't some products have AudioSpotlight? — A product needs at least 50 characters of combined title and description for the AI to generate a meaningful script. Products that are too sparse are skipped. Products with multiple variants (e.g. sizes or flavors) are grouped into a single AudioSpotlight, so individual variants won't each have their own. Additionally, each plan has a product AudioSpotlight quota (5 / 10 / 30 / 90) — once the limit is reached, remaining products won't have audio unless you upgrade or purchase overage.
Queries — each chat message that triggers an AI response. Chunks — segments of uploaded content stored for AI search. Limits reset each billing cycle (no rollover). Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect next cycle. No long-term contracts.
