App Configuration
The App Configuration page controls your chatbot's branding, behavior, and features. Access it from Admin > App Config in your admin panel.
Branding & Identity
Customize how your chatbot appears to users.
Title
Your business or chatbot name displayed in the browser tab and chat header.
Home Page URL
Your main website URL. Used for branding and as the starting point for content crawling.
Logo
URL to your logo image (SVG, PNG, or JPG recommended). Displayed in the chat header and widget.
Favicon
URL to your favicon image. Shown in browser tabs when users visit your chat.
Welcome Message
Configure the greeting users see when they open the chat.
Greeting Title
The headline shown when users first open the chat interface.
Example: "Hey there!" or "Welcome!"
Greeting Body
The welcome message that introduces your AI assistant and sets expectations.
Example: "I'm your AI assistant. How can I help you today?"
Tips:
- Keep it friendly and conversational
- Mention what your assistant specializes in
- Consider including a call-to-action
Chat Permissions
Control who can access your chatbot.

| Guest | Anyone can chat without logging in (recommended for public chatbots) |
| Login | Users must have an account (email verification not required) |
| User | Users must have a verified email address |
Most public-facing chatbots use Guest mode for maximum accessibility.
Suggested Actions
Clickable example prompts shown to users to help them discover your chatbot's capabilities.
Best Practices:
- Add 5-15 diverse examples covering common questions
- Include product/price-based queries for e-commerce sites
- Cover different topics your chatbot can help with
- Use natural, conversational language
Examples:
- "Show me products under $500"
- "What's your return policy?"
- "Do you offer financing?"
- "Tell me about shipping options"
Embed Widget Settings
Configure the chat widget for embedding on external websites.
Enabled
Toggle whether the embed widget is active and can be used on external sites.
Allowed Domains
List of domains permitted to embed your chatbot. This security measure prevents unauthorized use of your widget.
Example domains:
localhost(for development)yourdomain.comwww.yourdomain.com
Auto-Prompt Count
Number of times to show the conversation starter bubble on embedded widgets. Set to 0 to disable the auto-prompt feature.
Theme Settings

Voice Chat Settings
Configure the voice chat experience for users.

| Ring Tone Fadeout | Milliseconds for ringtone fade-out when call connects |
| Auto Close | Milliseconds of silence before auto-closing voice chat |
| Ring Pattern | Duration of ring and silence intervals |
How to Edit Configuration
- Navigate to Admin > App Config
- Locate the setting you want to change
- Edit the value in the provided form or JSON editor
- Click Save to apply changes
Changes take effect immediately for new chat sessions.
Setup Wizard Integration
Many app configuration settings are automatically configured when you complete the Setup Wizard:
- Title - Set from your business name
- Home Page URL - Set from your website URL
- Greeting - Generated based on your personality preferences
- Suggested Actions - Automatically extracted from your website content
You can always fine-tune these settings later in App Config.
