Dashboard
The Dashboard is the home page of your admin panel. It shows your AI agent's four communication channels and a setup bar to help you get started. Access it at Admin > Home.
Channel Overview
The dashboard displays four channel cards showing the status of each communication method:

| Web Chat | Text-based chat widget embedded on your website |
| Voice Chat | Voice conversations through the chat widget microphone button |
| Phone Voices | Dedicated toll-free number for AI voice calls |
| SMS Text | Text messaging through your AI phone number |
Each card shows whether the channel is active or needs setup, with a link to the relevant setup page.
Before your agent has handled its first conversation, these tiles are hidden and the dashboard collapses to the setup work — a single card naming your next step. They appear once the agent is configured, the widget is live, and conversations start arriving.
Setup Bar
The setup bar guides you through initial configuration with progress steps:

Completed steps are marked with a checkmark. Steps turn orange when they need attention (e.g., widget active but still on the free plan). Click any step to jump to its setup page.
Overage Credit
Overage Credit Balance is prepaid credit that covers usage beyond your plan's monthly limits. Enter an amount and click Top Up to add credit, so service keeps running if you exceed a limit rather than stopping.
Paid plans draw on this balance once a limit is passed. The Free plan has hard limits and doesn't use overage — service pauses instead.
