Dashboard
The Dashboard is the home page of your admin panel. It shows your AI agent's four communication channels and a setup bar to help you get started. Access it at Admin > Home.
Channel Overview
The dashboard displays four channel cards showing the status of each communication method:
| Channel | Description |
|---|---|
| Web Chat | Text-based chat widget embedded on your website |
| Web Voice | Voice conversations through the chat widget microphone button |
| Phone | Dedicated toll-free number for AI voice calls |
| SMS | Text messaging through your AI phone number |
Each card shows whether the channel is active or needs setup, with a link to the relevant setup page.
Setup Bar
The setup bar guides you through initial configuration with progress steps:

Completed steps are marked with a checkmark. Steps turn orange when they need attention (e.g., widget active but still on the free plan). Click any step to jump to its setup page.
Quick Links
The dashboard also provides quick access to:
- Your chat interface URL for sharing
- The embed code for your website
- Recent follow-up requests
