Checkout Setup
Configure a payment provider so your AI agent can process checkout for non-Shopify stores. Navigate to Admin → Advanced → Checkout Setup.
Payment Providers
Choose one of two supported providers:
| Provider | Type | How It Works |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Stripe Connect | Customers are redirected to a hosted Stripe payment page. Supports onboarding flow for new Stripe accounts. |
| Authorize.net | Direct API | Connects via API Login ID and Transaction Key. Optionally supports e-check (ACH) payments. |
Only one provider can be active at a time.
Status Indicators
Once configured, the page shows a connection status:
- Green — Connected and ready to accept payments
- Yellow — Stripe Connect onboarding incomplete
- Red — Not connected or configuration error
Webhook status is also displayed when connected.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect to remove the current provider. You can then configure a different one.
